Recreational Facilities which you may indulge in whilst staying at the resort include;
Clubhouse beach bar and the
Dhow Deck
Life at Bamburi Beach Resort is relaxed and guests do
little more than unwind on the wooden dhow deck. Sitting atop the Clubhouse which is
designed like a wooden Dhow Deck on the Sea front, one can sip a favorite drink
whilst watching the tides roll in and see the sunrise and the moonrise and watch
the local fishing dhows and glass bottom boats sail by or tourists parading the
beach, and on camel backs.

Swimming pool
Our
free form swimming pool, easily
accessible from all apartments, is set between the beach cottages and
the beach bar. Our barman will
be more than happy to serve
you pool side cocktails. The
pool provides both shallow
and deep depths and a water
slide for the young and the young at heart.

Beach Camel Riding
Out on the beach are a number of
Boranas and
Samburu (Kenya tribesmen) who hire out camels for a ride on the sandy beach
for a small fee. This gives a feeling of traversing a desert with exception of
plenty of salty water and cool air caressing you skin while you are at it. A
camel ride is an experience not to be missed when you visit the resort.
Visit to Mombasa Marine Park
The Mombasa Marine National Park provides a
stunning selection of marine life on the beautiful coral reef. Snorkeling is the most

prior experience required. For those keen to see the spectacular marine life in
Mombasa Marine National Park without getting themselves wet then the popular
glass bottom boat trips are a must. Boats are available for hire right at the
beach entrance to the
Resort.
